The content of duromarket.com are those generated and uploaded by users of Duro Market (‘User Generated Content’).

Duro Market does not assess or verify whether any User Generated Content infringes copyright or other rights. However, if you believe that any of the uploaded content infringes your copyright or a related exclusive right, notify us by sending an email to hello@duromarket.com

In order for us to review your complaint quickly and effectively, your email must include the following:

  • Identification of your copyrighted work and the work or part of the work that is protected.
  • Confirmation whether the copyrighted work is registered or unregistered.
  • Proof of ownership of your copyright, such as the registration number or a copy of the registration certificate.
  • A brief description of how our users are allegedly infringing their copyrights.
  • Clear reference to the materials that you claim are being infringed and that you request to be removed, for example, the URL of the Service (SERVICES), a link to the delivery provided to a user, etc.
  • Your full name, address, email address, and phone number.

Once receipt of your complaint, Duro Market will review your notice of complaint, notify the concerned user and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

In cases where sufficient proof of infringement is provided, Duro Market may remove or suspend the reported materials prior to receiving a response from the user. In cases where the allegedly infringing user provides us with an appropriate counter-notification stating that the allegedly infringing material is permitted to be published, we may notify the complainant and then republish the removed or disabled material.

Repeat offenders

Our policy in appropriate circumstances is to disable or terminate the accounts of those users who are repeat offenders.
